Justin Adam, the principal of JSA Legal, is a very experienced solicitor with over 30 years’ experience in Australian and international commercial law firms.

Justin has extensive experience in property development and other property transactions and, having come to property from a corporate/commercial background, Justin has particular expertise in structuring, negotiating and advising on all types of property joint ventures and property development delivery models.

Justin has acted for many of Australia’s major property developers and owners including AMP, Babcock & Brown, Charter Hall, Commonwealth Department of Finance, Lend Lease, Mirvac, Peet, Rose Group, Shell Australia and Stockland. He has also acted in major transactions with counterparties including AustralianSuper, Australand, Bluescope Steel, CBus, GPT, Landcom, Leighton, Macquarie Bank, Housing NSW and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority.
